ICS Event (Dublin) - GDPR: 1 year on...

The Irish Computer Society, The Association of Data Protection Officers and ECDL Ireland will host Data Protection events to discuss the problems, challenges and impacts of GDPR one year on from it's enforcement in Dublin Thursday, May 23rd and Cork Friday May 24th.

Getting the Board on Board

When it comes to implementing a DP Compliance regime in any organisation, management buy-in is critical. However, it not just about releasing the necessary funds to bolster compliance efforts but also understanding the need for long-term cultural and process changes to the organisation in the years to follow. Sean will share some insights into the approach that the ESB take.
