Ensuring Value From Digital Transformation

IT Architects Conference 2017

Register Now!

Conference Theme: "SHOW ME THE MONEY!
Ensuring Value From Digital Transformation"

As a result of digital technology, modern life is more complex than ever. While the benefits are significant we are also seeing many related challenges. Some of them are really big ones like structural changes to business models and systems of government — changes which can represent an existential threat to businesses and major societal disruption when applied to governments. Some of them are not so big, like when organisations underfund critical systems due to a lack of understanding of the true operational cost. In this conference Iasa Ireland and the ICS want to take a deeper look at one particular management approach we think IT architects have the skills and tools to take on and deliver significant new value, to the benefit of all of their stakeholders in all scenarios. In summary we’re going to look at:

The importance of cost transparency in complex systems in the wider value proposition of digital innovation.
